Gold Chaos Card drops from all monsters in maps: Ferea, PeaceSwamp, Nixies Lake

It's only me or does the Mini Chaos Card seems weaker than the Chaos Card. Like, normal Pendants/Rings VS Jewels/Dino/Horse?
Also, drop rate is soooo low i rarely ever see them in my invent.
